Croatian Labor law, payrolling and labor administration

„HOW TO DO BUSINESS ACCORDING TO CROATIAN LABOR LAW AND LEGAL ACTS IN PAY ROLLING, ACCOUNTING AND LABOR ADMINISTRATION“

Training program is adjusted to coach a group of max. 5 people. Program is performed as individual training, with tailor made cases and workshops.

Training is adjusted to all actual changes and the newest regulations by the Croatian Labor law, Pay rolling and accounting rules and procedure. Program will be also adjusted to Collective Agreement for the particular industry.

Due to a great deal of information that is represented and trained trough this program and the best proven results including cases and workshops, suggested time for performing is 21 working hours, organized in 3 days, from 9.00 AM until 5.00 PM (including breaks).

Training can also be performed in different dynamics.

Timetable for this program is as following:

 Day one

– Actual legislative regulations and acts in Croatia in Labor law, accounting and pay rolling

– Basic definitions, rules and procedures in income, income accounting and pay rolling

– Accounting reports, deadlines and rules for delivering

– Security policy and legal acts that defines security of data personnel income

– Company expenses (taxes and public contributions), total costs of the employees

– Who is a tax payer due to Croatian law (residents and nonresidents)

– Types of income (taxable and nontaxable, payments that are not considered as income, gifts and annual employee rewards)

– Income calculations (personal deductive elements, individual public contributions, pension funds contributions, tax bases, tax groups, tax limits)

– Salary policies, minimum salaries according to Collective Agreement, income payments, pay rolling

– Documents and forms in practice (stimulation payments, personal car use in business purposes, mobile phone expenses)

Day two

– Regular working hour, shortened working hour, overtime, nights working hour, Sundays and public and national holidays

– Working time reorganization, accounting, rules and procedures- adjustment to Collective Agreement

– Daily, weekly and yearly vacation and breaks, payment rules- adjustment to Collective Agreement

– Paid and unpaid lives

– Seek lives, calculations, rules, accounting bases, minimum bases and percentages in different types of seek lives, maternity live (minimal and maximal days/months), company expenses or public expenses

– Latest new acts in Health insurance Law

–  New acts in Pension Funds Contribution Law (from 1.st of January 2009)

– Practical Labor law acts and rules (Labor contracts, penalties for misruled conducting)

3 rd. Day

– Revision and quick overview of all parts of a training program

– Time for discussions, questions and workshops (cases)

– Real-time situations, possibilities and alternatives

– Practice work (calculations, forms, working hours calculations based on real business examples)
