Mirta Škaljac has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb, department of Finance. She studied post-graduate studies in Political Science, University of Zagreb, specialized in International relations.
Through many years of work, she specialized in the area of Employment and as an expert consultant and lecturer working on projects to establish organizational processes and procedures in business, pay rolling and labor law of small and medium-sized companies. In her many years of work as a Executive Director of recruitment agency “Kadus employment”, she has led many employment projects for many companies, especially in the sector of small and medium enterprises.
During her carier she has obtained a qualification for an Human Resource Manager at the Private School.
She is an expert in the field of labor law, business management and payroll and in these matters she provides consulting services for small and medium businesses.
Some of the projects which she worked on:
“Creating existence”within the Ministry of Economy and Croatian Caritas (2007), where she was preparing entrepreneurs for entrepreneurship.
She has participated as a trainer on the EU project “Bonsai-youth counseling Employment” organized by the Croatian Employment Service and the town of Velika Gorica and Economics Institute in Maribor (2008.), in which was preparing the unemployed for the labor market, as well as a sustainable project developed and implement a program “Get a job” in order to prepare the unemployed for the labor market.
In the 2008-2009 period she worked on the project in outplacement of MORH employees, where she hosted a program of enroling on the labor market and employment in the private sector.
In a year 2008 she was also the co-author and associate on the project My Smart Video.
In 2013.she is participating as an expert and consultant on the project ”Become a Mayor”, the first example of direct democracy in Croatia, where a public tender was held for an independent candidate, selecting backed by the Croatian Association of Craftsmen and Entrepreneurs and Youth Association of Velika Gorica.
In its longstanding work she led project employment for many businesses, especially in the sector of small and medium enterprises.
For 12 years she was working as a volunteer in the function of a consultant and trainer of the Association for the improvement of quality of life “Phenomena” on the “Age is inimportant”-relaxation program, designed for the elderly, which was conducted in the retiremen homes in and around Zagreb. As part of this organization for many years she was working as a life coach.
She finished the supervisor program”Process Work Methods” for personal development and life coaching in order to achieve inner female sensuality.
Today she works as an HR consultant for labor law policy in small and medium-sized businesses and preparing individuals for the job market. She has astablished a training centar for those people that would like to go work abroad in Germany. Training Centar helps them to achive skills which are needed in the European labor market.
